Patio Umbrella Tops


The top of any patio umbrella is one of the main design focal points of any outdoor living room.  The patio umbrella tops come in a wide variety of colors and sizes.  How do you know what to choose?

Choose a top that contrasts with other areas of the patio.  For example, white patio cushions look great with a blue patio umbrella top.  Many umbrellas are labeled based on what the top looks like.  For example, a plantation style patio umbrella has a certain earthy tone with stripes going around the top and a pinwheel umbrella has the colors of the rainbow.

Whatever you choose, be careful to look at the fabric.  You want a top that accents appropriately and that will be durable.
